Terms of Service

The Clients have provided consent to photograph and film.

Usage of the photographs is granted wholly or in part for non-commercial purposes (i.e. any non-commercial publication, portfolio or public display, social media). Photographs and derivative works may not be used in connection with any commercial purposes, except as specifically approved and in writing by the 88 Productions Photographer | Videographer.

The Clients cannot edit or alter the photographs or videos without the written consent by the Photographer | Videographer.

The above-named (88 Productions Pte LTD) Photographer | Videographer hereby warrants being the legal copyright owner in the Work described above.
